Can I switch between Standard, Pro and Enterprise later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated against your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep paid features for the rest of the period.
How does the 7-day free trial of Pro work?
Your 7-day Pro trial requires a card on file. We won’t charge it until day 8, we’ll email you a couple of days before the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then in one click. The trial gives you everything in Pro — unlimited workspaces, AI Activity Creator, and Reading & Auditory Comprehension.& Auditory Comprehension. We email you a few days before the trial ends. If you don’t add a card, your account simply pauses; nothing is charged automatically.
What’s included in Pro AI usage — are there limits?
Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI Activity Creator generations and Reading & Auditory Comprehension exercises that covers normal practice use. Heavy generative-AI usage will move to consumption-based pricing in future, with advance notice; lighter use stays included.
How do I add seats for my team or clinic?
Standard is designed for individual therapists working in-session. Pro supports teams of up to 5 clinicians - perfect for small clinics. For larger teams or central billing, talk to us about Enterprise — you’ll get volume pricing, single contract, SSO and admin management across your organization.
Are there discounts for annual, non-profits or education?
Annual billing saves you up to 28% on Standard and Pro. For non-profits, public-sector clinics and accredited education institutions, we offer additional discounts — contact our team to confirm your eligibility.
How is patient data kept safe? HIPAA, NHS DTAC, GDPR?
Cognishine does not keep any PHI or PII in our platform. Enterprise adds a full compliance pack including NHS DTAC, BAA for HIPAA (coming soon), W9 and SOC 2 — with single sign-on and 2FA. Visit our trust portal at trust.cognishine.com for current certifications.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Plans bought via this page are managed by Stripe. You’ll receive an invoice each cycle. To change card, download invoices, or cancel: Manage your subscription →. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle — you keep access until then.
